Drawing upon years of technical and executive experience in the industry, Bavarian Polymers is a trusted, reliable and efficient vinyl window and door profile extruder located in Dickson, Tennessee with a satellite plant in Abilene, Texas.

Our team of qualified industry professionals works diligently to guarantee that our processes and products exceed the highest quality expectations. The combined 120,000 square foot production facility affords us the ability to procure and utilize state-of-the-art technology to produce our high-caliber window and door extrusions. In addition, Bavarian Polymers owns 22 acres of land with the intent of future expansion.

- 2008 — Extrusion Capacity increase to 12,000,000 lbs. and Acrylic Co-extrusion process.
- 2010 — Addition of Profile wrapping capabilities.
- 2013 — New Impact R5 Sliding Door System introduced to market.
- 2014 — Continuation of Capacity increases to 24,000,000 lbs.
- 2015 — 30,000 sqft. warehouse addition in Dickson, TN
- 2018 — Continuation of Capacity increases to 38,000,000 lbs.
- 2020 — 45,000 sqft. second manufacturing location added in Abilene, Texas to better serve Western markets
